It was founded by eminent medical professionals and technocrats to provide for the health, social, and emotional needs of underprivileged and vulnerable populations, especially the elderly

To provide Comprehensive and Holistic Geriatric care in an Empathetic Environment to the elderly in conjunction with all synergies from society.
Over the years, SSF has expanded its outreach through:
● Vijaya Health Care Hospital (est. 1993) – A 100-bed multi-speciality hospital serving urban and rural populations, at affordable prices.
● Vijaya School and College of Nursing (est. 2003 & 2006) – Recognized institutions that educate and train skilled nursing professionals.
● Vijaya Homes for Elders (est. 2014) – A full-fledged elder care centre designed to provide dignity, comfort, and holistic care.

Expanded capacity to 100 beds and established Geriatric Care Unit
Conducting free medical camps in colonies and villages in and around Hyderabad
To help the needful, Assisted Living block for 12 residents and an Intensive Care Unit with 10 beds was established
Foundations laid for building to expand assisted living unit up to 70 residents (on-going)
